Now On DVD: 11.30.2010.

Strangely for a week on the precipice of corporate sell-frenzy month, there isn’t much to pick up on DVD today.  However, the two highest-profile releases are ones that I’ve already written plenty about.

Knight & Day

I liked this movie more than I could have expected, and I suspect that you will too.  It’s not a huge deal, but it’s pleasant enough for a huge-budget starry-star-star action-comedy.  I’m not sure they’ll play it on planes, but if they do, this is as good as you could hope for there.

Parks & Recreation (Season Two)

I really dig this TV show.  The above linked article is one of several complimentary pieces I’ve thrown in its direction.  Fun cast, great premise, hilarious set-ups.  P&R is all momentum.  Best of all, it’s on Netflix Instant if you happen to be paying for that service.  Get to it!

Oh yeah, and…

(If you guys knew how many hits this site STILL gets off of my Cop Out post, you’d understand why I just photobombed it this way. You can call it art if you want. Looks that way to me, honestly.)

NOW ON DVD: Scott Pilgrim!

My semi-regular DVD column returns to Mapcidy this morning.  I had nice things to say about Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, Sherlock, and other things — not so much about Grown Ups.  You’ll see.
